Finally we have lilacs. We're only about a month behind everyone but they did bloom and I love the smell of them. I have several little lilac bushes but I'm so glad to have them. I really missed lilacs when we lived in Big Piney. We also got our garden in on Saturday after we came home from Greybull. Monday, June 2, 2008

You're not a month behind us! :o) I just noticed the lilacs were starting to bud this week. That's great you got the garden in.
We get to enjoy them too. They smell GREAT!!
What is it about lilacs that makes them so great?!!!!!! Because I agree too....the smell, the color the blooms themselves, the leaves and the way most of the bushes grow....yes yes they are great. :)
I think I can smell them from here...ahh
