Baby Paige/Rabbit

Here's what you get when you don't have a dog. This rabbit is digging a hole in my yard. He was digging a hole that was already five inches deep. We had a talk and I put the dirt back. He hasn't dug since but we're going to have to get a dog. (Not until May)

Here's a picture of dad (Brent) with his girls. Brent says only tuff people get girls. I have to agree with that.

It was a fun week with the girls. I loved seeing them hold Paige. These big sisters sure love her.

Happy Birthday Darren

Yes, Darren was born on St. Patrick's day 1979!! So that makes him 30 today!!! WOW does time go fast. Darren's always been our son that tells it like he sees it. Once you get use to it you know he'll always be honest with you. He likes to save money. He likes nice things, that's why he married Brenda. He's a diligent person and gets things done. When he was a little kid, I always just put all the boys socks in a laundry basket and then when they needed socks they would just go find a pair. One day I had the basket out and he said "When I grow up, I want a sock collection just like that." (True story) Darren we love you, Happy Birthday!!!

Pet Rabbit

Just four days after our dog Casper died, we found rabbit tracks all over our back yard. I knew we had a rabbit under the shed but how did it know the dog had died. Curt looked around in the back yard and this is what he found. I'm sorry for all you Easter bunny hopefuls but he died trying to go through a little hole in the chain link fence.

Brice's Birthday

Brice's birthday was Sunday, March 1. I should have written this sooner but I'm just getting around to it today. Brice is a great son, we're glad he's in our family. Brice loves to fish, hunt, and loves to ski. He is a really good worker, and always makes sure he gets things done right.
He's great about helping around the house, and he knows how to get things done. He's an awesome dad, he is good about spending his time with Cameron. He senses other people's spirits and can tell when they have a need.
