Puerto Vallarta

We went to church on Sunday and what a treat...even though it was all in Spanish you could feel the spirit.
This is the beach in Puerto Vallarta, not the one we played on.

This was made out of sand...awesome

This is a blue boobie bird. It's brown and white but it's feet are bright blue, you can just barely see his blue foot.

This is the yellow tail fish that Curt caught. It took about 25 minutes to get in the boat. It was a good fighter.

This is the evening sky...the skies were beautiful.

Another great sky.

Nancy and Gaylen going out to sea.

Brice and Cameron

The great hunter...no one else shot a pheasant. Way to go Brice!!
The sword fight is on. Brice and Cameron
We were all sick and couldn't go skiing so we went sledding just by the house. It was still a good New Years Day.
It's the middle of January and I haven't posted. I don't like to get through January and realize I haven't accomplished anything. I have been busy with genealogy and working on my office room. Which means starting to organize. It has to get messy to get clean. OUCH!!

Christmas Day

Santa came that morning and it was a blessed Christmas. Jordan got the first present of Christmas

Brinly was really good at opening presents.

Abby got an art kit.

Trish cooked us a Sweedish Christmas dinner with the traditional Sweedish foods. It was really good.

Bryant really liked the Sweedish food.

Paige, Dakota, & Cloe came in red Christmas dresses.

Trish read us a traditional Sweedish Christmas story.

It was fun being with both Trevor's family and Brent's family for Christmas

Christmas

We had Christmas this year with Trevor, Trish and their family. What a beautiful Christmas tree.
Bryant wanted to open every gift until it was really time to open them.

Brinly, Abby and Jordan decorated cookies for Santa.

I didn't get any because they were for Santa.

Uncle Brice was there too, Santa even came with him sleeping on the coach.

Jordan got some cool, Christmas eve socks.

We went to Las Vegas but didn't take any pictures of the city. I did take pictures of Hoover Dam.
They are building a huge bridge over the canyon. It's been a long process, and they're just starting on the cross beams.

These pictures don't show how massive the bridge really is.

Curt is standing by the spill way. It's an incredible feature also.

The better part of Vegas was going to the temple. It helped equal the worldly part of Vegas.

The best part of Vegas was that I got to go with my best friend. We had fun even though Vegas was not our favorite vacation spot.

Wyoming vs. CSU

We went to the Wyoming/CSU game on Friday after Thanksgiving. Wyoming won!!!
Darren was given 4 box seats at the game and he invited his mom and dad to join Brenda and he.
It was on the 45 yard line and I could even see the game develop as it took place. I could have explained it as well as John Madden. We ate prime rib, salads and deserts.

Thanksgiving

These two cousins are always hugging each other. Autumn, Cloe & Dakota

Thanksgiving was fun at Darren & Brenda's house. It was nice having Darren carve the turkey.

Brenda and Becka were standing in the middle of the kitchen putting the dressing in a dish.

Piney had a new haircut and a little blue scarf. She looked very cute

All the Thanksgiving friends and family at Darren & Brenda's. What a good time and memory!!
