Galveston, Texas

We went to Galveston, Texas after the space center. The waves were big because of the Hurricane that was coming in. There were people fishing, wading, and surfing. The water was warm, there were people in coats and some in swimsuits. I had so much fun just watching Brice and Cameron play in the water. We wrote our names in the sand and Cameron collected sea shells. Yes, we drove back to Houston in wet clothes.

Johnson Space Center

If you ever go to Houston, Texas, the Johnson Space Center is a must visit. It was an awesome
experience. They have something for everyone. (Cameron, Brice, Spaceman & Cathy)

Brice and Cameron

Texas

Brice and I went to Texas last Thursday. We flew down to see Cameron. I had never been to Texas so it was a good opportunity to go and see Cameron. We visited Cameron's day care and the spiders in Texas are really big.

This is Cameron's school. He's in kindergarten, he has a really nice teacher named Mrs. Ward and he's an excellent student.

I got to do something I've always wanted to do, and that is to go and eat lunch at school with my grandchildren, even if I have to go to Texas.

Brother's together

Curt, Brice, Trevor, Brent and Steve are up elk hunting this week. Every time Curt calls me all I hear is giggling. He said they laughed and talked until 11:00 last night. It's nice to be able to have the brothers together for a little while. They haven't done that for a long time. Darren hopes to join them this weekend. I can't wait until I hear the stories. It makes it all worth it. Curt promised me he would take pictures.

3 John 1:4

I know I'm a little slow but for some reason this scripture just had an incredible impact on me Sunday in church. I guess I'm just proud of all of my children, their wives and our grandchildren. 3 John 1:4 I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.

September hunting

The fall colors are beautiful. It was fun to be out and about. We went deer hunting this weekend. Steve got a deer on Saturday, I'm sure Ruth will have pictures on her blog.

We had to eat lunch at the famous Moondance diner...from New York to LaBarge, WY. The food was great too.

Colorado Visit

Last week I went to hang out in Colorado. I got to play and go to dance lessons. What a fun time.

We also went to a football game and brother gave his sister a hug.
